No PHPbb?

Why no PHPbb? I'm sure the army is keeping you busy, so you didn't wanna do the extra hackery to get cool features and stuff, but I'm surprised you went with SMF.

Did some investigating and by default SMF forces users with under 5 posts to enter a verification code when sending PMs, this helps cut down on spam and tries not to inconvenience valid users.

Is this what you're talking about?
